Eagles Wings Ministries is a parachurch organization led and staffed by mature Christ-followers. It is certified as a non-profit organization in the State of Alaska with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status as a charitable organization. Eagles Wings Ministries will file an annual Form 990 information return with the IRS annually. Our Bylaws call for a self-perpetuating Board of Directors comprised of 3-7 individuals with a desire to advance the mission of Eagles Wings Ministries as a practical expression of their passion to follow the Lord Jesus Christ.
